Summery: Miranda is from the town of Deningrad.  She is the First Sacred Sister of Mille Seseau.  She was adopted by Queen Thresea when Miranda's father died and her mother abondoned her.  She is a very loyal servent to Queen Thresea.  She inherited the Silver white Dragon Spirit when Shana becane too weak to control it. She's much stronger than Shana, but Rose continuesto refuse her presence.  Miranda doesn't see eye to eye with Rose.  Rose believes that Miranda wan't destined to control the Dragons.
